Reliability You Can Count On
A big event has hundreds of moving parts to co-ordinate. The last thing you need is to also worry if your event photographer is going to show up on time. Before the event even begins, we’ll communicated with you about locations and shot lists. We are licensed and insured for $2 million/$4 million (double hotel/casino requirements), are approved vendors of the Las Vegas Convention Center and have WIS ID badges. In short: in every way, we have you covered.

A personal touch doesn’t mean much if the end-result doesn’t live up to expectations. To ensure we meet and exceed them we use the highest quality cameras and equipment but our secret sauce is not technical – it is our experience and skill. We have a rare eye for composition and storytelling – even helping to create moments when they aren’t happening organically. All to serve the ultimate goal – helping your event look as successful as possible.

1. Information
Contact us with your event details for a quote. Be specific as much as possible.
2. Phone Consultation
A briefing call to discuss your specific needs and offer our suggestions.
3. Quote
We’ll quote you within 2 hours. Yes, that’s hours – not days.
4. Contract
Once approved we collect relevant detail and create a contract – which you can view and sign right from your phone.
5. Deposit
In order for us to reserve the date/time of your event, 50% deposit is required.
6. Delivery
We will send you a link to the fully edited, color corrected, photos within 5-7 business days.
